Motaz holds the position of General Manager, Community Infrastructure and Public Projects at Saudi Aramco. He is responsible for executing a portfolio of building and infrastructure projects with a value exceeding $20 billion. These projects include large-scale housing developments, public buildings, utilities and transportation infrastructure.
Motaz was previously responsible for executing several landmark projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including King Abdullah Sports City (KASC), King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC), King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (iThra), King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) and Thuwal Town Development.
Motaz holds a BSc(Eng) in Civil Engineering and a PhD in Civil Engineering, both obtained from Imperial College, London, UK. He also holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management, MIT, USA.
