The Marketing Powerpack includes the public liability insurance, and it is mandatory for all exhibitors for $495 (per company, including all exhibitors sharing stands and companies part of a country pavilion).
The event organisers have full discretion to decide where to place free or paid marketing content on the event website.
Upon the conclusion of the event, the event organisers have full discretion to change or move any details on the event website.
The event organisers cannot contractually guarantee the attendance of any companies and contacts provided on the wish list.
Use of imagery, website or social media content provided by exhibitors is at the discretion of the event organisers.
Any single social media product showcase will only be posted once.
Any data provided to the event organisers will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of marketing that exhibitor for their participation at said show. Immediately post show, data will be destroyed and will not be used for any other purpose.
