SHAPING THE FUTURE
OF CONSTRUCTION

About the FutureTech Construction Summit

Technology in construction is reshaping the industry, whilst the industry has been slow to embrace technology; the pandemic has provided a louder voice for value-based outcomes of technology and accelerated digitalisation.  With a new wave of innovation, the construction industry is finally moving in the right direction to increase its contribution to creating a circular economy, improving workforce safety and health and increased collaboration to ensure delivery of national visions.

The FutureTech Construction Summit will debate the technology and digital transformation of the industry, including the opportunities for increased contribution to ESG, improving productivity for the long-term, closer collaboration between the private and public sectors, transforming procurement and contract models. Embracing technology, comes with challenges around creating strong ecosystem development, skills shortage, attracting the younger generation to the industry, legacy models and cost versus value proposition.
